		<description>Glad I could share your presentation on my blog! I&#039;d say my biggest failure that I&#039;ve learned from was related to #19,  the kind of people you bring on to your team. 

I&#039;ve been apart of enough failed teams to have it ingrained! I always bring on board the whole person, not the resume and its made a huge difference in how things get done. Took a real world failure for me to get that one, not a class exercise.</description>
